Here, each of the waters are different

Let’s do some raw talking

Did you know? Oysters don’t all have the same taste. The taste is different if they come from the North or the South of the Bay. Each of the four breeding zones has its own particular taste. Enjoy trying out the different tastes!

1 Banc d’Arguin oysters: a mixture of sea flavours, with a touch of sugar and milk. A surprising blend.

2 Île aux Oiseaux oysters: an established character for this crisp vintage! Vegetal and mineral fragrances when savoured…

3 Cap Ferret oysters: an unusual palette of fragrances that remind you of both fresh vegetables and citrus fruits.

4 Grand Banc oysters: they have a taste of white fruits and grilled hazelnuts … Always ask which oyster parks the oysters come from. And in this way, discover what we always imagine to be reserved for the great wines, but also wonderfully correspond to the Arcachon-Cap Ferret oysters: the notion of a good vintage.
