The Dune of Pilat
Just like a piece of the Sahara at the gateway of the ocean. 104 metres high, 2,7 kilometres long, 500 metres wide and 60 million m3 of sand, this listed site, formed during the XVIIIth Century by the accumulation of sand carried by the west winds, makes up the biggest dune in Europe.
